Senior Data Engineer | London (Hybrid)

The Role
As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll help build a next-generation data platform powering mission-critical solutions. You'll design scalable data pipelines, optimise large-scale data workloads, mentor engineers, and play a key role in shaping the company's technical direction.

What They're Looking For
- Strong experience with Python, PySpark and SQL
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake or similar modern data platforms
- Expertise designing robust, scalable data pipelines
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing, CI/CD and observability
- Experience working with cloud technologies (AWS preferred) and event streaming (Kafka is a bonus)
- Previous experience in Financial Services, FinTech or another regulated environment is highly desirable

London (Hybrid - 4 days in the office / 1 day WFH)
