About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Data Insights Consultant, you will join our growing Technology and Data team to help our clients make data-driven decisions that enhance their digital communication on an enterprise scale. Key responsibilities include:

Architecting and delivering insights solutions
- Design and implement value-adding data solutions that advise clients on optimizing large-scale communication strategies.
- Serve as a primary business advisor for leveraging data assets to drive strategy and decision-making.

Advanced data analysis & test-and-learn frameworks
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover actionable patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Design, execute, and interpret A/B tests, incrementality studies, and holdout experiments across multiple channels to optimize performance.

Strategic collaboration & data roadmapping
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business questions into robust analytical frameworks and data roadmaps.
- Support or lead data streams in complex, large-scale projects with globally recognized brands, ensuring scalable and high-impact solutions.

Proactive client ideation & AI integration
- Identify new data-driven initiatives that help clients grow their business.
- Drive agentic AI adoption, embedding conversational analytics, predictive models, and advanced marketing insights into workflows.

Reporting, dashboarding, and ad-hoc analysis
- Build and maintain insights dashboards (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce) for automated reporting and ad-hoc analyses.
- Provide clear, actionable insights backed by data-driven storytelling.

Leadership & mentorship
- Mentor and review junior team members, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
- Collaborate across disciplines (e.g., Account Managers, Developers, Data Scientists, Strategists) to deliver cohesive data-driven solutions.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll join a team of Data Insights Consultants, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers who specialize in unlocking insights from data through analytics for 1:1 personalized communication and CRM. Your work will involve close collaboration with:
- Strategic and creative teams in a cross-disciplinary setting.
- Experts from marketing, agency, and consulting backgrounds.
Who You Are: Required Experience & Skills
Consultative & Business Acumen
- Strong consultancy mindset, with resilience, curiosity, and a rapid learning curve.
- Proven business acumen to understand and anticipate client needs.
- Thrives in interdisciplinary teams and enjoys tackling high-complexity technical challenges.
- Proven leadership (preferably in consulting, agency environments, or marketing).
- Mentorship experience supporting junior team members.
Technical Expertise (Minimum 5+ Years)
- Data & BI Consulting: Design, build, and optimize scalable, production-ready analytics solutions (SQL, data modeling, ETL).
- SQL & Analytical Frameworks: Write, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries (analytical rigor, performance considerations).
- Data Modeling: Build dimensional data models (fact/dimension structures) with governance, security, and performance in mind.
- DBT & Cloud Data Environments: Develop/maintain DBT transformations with layered architecture, testing, and documentation.
- Dashboards & BI Tools: Build Power BI semantic models (advanced DAX, performance tuning, RLS) and lead Adobe/Salesforce native reporting.
- Git Workflows: Collaborate using GitHub (branching, pull requests, code reviews).
- AI & Agentic Systems: Interest in AI-driven analytics, predictive models, and enterprise AI frameworks (e.g., agentic personalization).
- Cloud Platforms: Confidence working in Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Power BI Fabric.
- Martech Platforms: Familiarity with Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud for real-world integration.
