The Role
The Senior Data Science Analyst is a full-time, remote position responsible for translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for Brdge’s venture and consulting clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute analytical workflows—building and validating statistical and machine learning models.
- Uncover patterns, risks, and opportunities through data exploration and experimentation.
- Collaborate with:
- Founders to translate business questions into measurable analytical frameworks
- Product teams to define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Enterprise stakeholders to design experiments, proof-of-concept (PoC) analyses, and data-driven strategies.
- Prepare high-impact deliverables, including:
- Data visualizations and reports
- Accessible, non-technical-friendly presentations of findings
- Contribute to the design of data products and decision-support tools.
- Mentor teammates and improve Brdge’s data science methodologies, toolsets, and best practices.

Requirements
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical and data analytics capabilities, including proficiency in extracting insights from complex, ambiguous datasets.
- Hands-on experience in Statistics and Data Modeling, with the ability to:
- Build and validate models
- Deploy them for real-world decision-making
- Proven track record in:
- Data pipeline design
- Cloud data environments and governance
- Ensuring data quality and reliability
Technical Proficiencies
- Proficiency in:
- Programming (Python or R)
- SQL queries
- Data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience with data engineering, ETL processes, and big data tooling (bonus).

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field:
- Data Science
- Statistics
- Mathematics
- Computer Science
- Engineering
- Economics
- or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferable experience in:
- Consulting
- Product analytics
- Supporting venture or enterprise teams with data-driven decision-making.
