Senior Data Scientist

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play an important role in shaping data strategy and driving impactful marketing decisions. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Lead Data Projects: Take charge of end-to-end data science projects, from hypothesis generation to model deployment.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, creative, and technical teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Innovate with Data: Use advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Present Insights: Communicate your findings to stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner, making data relatable and actionable.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Share your expertise and guide less experienced data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

Our client is seeking a talented individual with a blend of technical expertise and a flair for creativity. Here’s what you should bring to the table:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in data science or a related field, preferably within marketing or advertising.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for storytelling through data.
  • Education: A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
