Founded by CEO Conor, it's rapidly expanding after a successful Series A funding led by Accel. Currently, the company seeks a machine learning expert to join their dynamic data team. This role involves developing and implementing algorithms that address both existing and novel challenges in restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy new machine learning algorithms for restaurant operations.
  • Monitor and enhance existing algorithms to improve model performance.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams for effective feature releases.
  • Engage with customers to innovate restaurant tooling and reduce operational costs.
  • Contribute to community standards, knowledge sharing, and tooling improvements at Nory.

Requirements

  • Strong machine learning theory foundation
  • Experience in deploying algorithms in production
  • Proficient in writing clean Python code
  • Scientific approach to hypothesis-driven problem solving
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure

  • Experience with managing ML projects
