Skills and Competencies

Experiences (1–3 years):
- Data operations, data management, analytics, or automation to efficiently handle and transform large datasets
- Support for scalable data workflows through hands-on work

Technical Proficiencies and Familiarity:
- Strong SQL proficiency (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) for extracting, transforming, and optimizing data
- Python experience (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis
- Understands data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes for seamless integration and pipeline development
- Experience implementing data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of datasets
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Databricks, Spark, or Snowflake

Education
Bachelor’s degree in:
- Computer Science
- Data Science
- Information Systems
- A related field
Responsibilities

Data Quality and Operations:
- Support and enhance data quality and operations across multiple sources, ensuring reliable, scalable, and efficient data delivery
- Develop and execute processes to monitor, manage, and improve the data quality of datasets
- Design and implement data dataset deduplication frameworks to improve accuracy and usability

Data Process Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize data operations workflows, identifying automation opportunities to increase efficiency

Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Technology) to align data solutions with business needs
- Contribute to data insights and swiftly respond to data-related queries from stakeholders

- Support the development and maintenance of enterprise data platforms, ensuring integrity and scalability

Data Governance:
- Maintain best practices in data governance, data modeling, and pipeline optimization
