Our team owns a global data platform that powers analytics and data science across Prime Video. Built on AWS cloud technology and processing large volumes of relational data, we focus on delivering secure, low-latency, and highly usable data products. We abstract complexity away from the analytics community, enabling them to innovate faster on behalf of our customers.
As a Sr TPM on this team, you will lead programs that ensure Prime Video's analytics ecosystem is supported by reliable platforms, modern tooling, and scalable technology. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements and dependencies, build consensus, and drive alignment with senior leadership on analytics solutions. Success in this role depends on enabling effective collaboration across teams and disciplines.
You will be passionate about solving complex problems and sees the potential of analytics — from BI to Data Science — to drive meaningful business outcomes. You will bring energy and ambition to advancing Prime Video's analytics capabilities. A background in data engineering, or a deep understanding of data platforms, pipelines, and infrastructure, is essential for this role.

Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery for Data Quality, Metrics Governance, and infrastructure optimization initiatives, aligning execution with business priorities and compliance obligations
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and business stakeholders to establish and maintain dataset availability SLAs, targeting P99 delivery for critical datasets
- Lead cross-functional programs with upstream client and product teams to strengthen data quality and uphold data contracts
- Drive compliance programs in partnership with Privacy and Legal teams, ensuring Prime Video's data ecosystem meets evolving regulatory requirements
- Advance operational excellence through monitoring solutions, automated reporting, and well-defined metrics that track program health and success
- Deliver regular status updates via Monthly Business Reviews and newsletters, providing stakeholders with clear visibility into progress, risks, and challenges
- Build and maintain execution plans for complex data pipeline migrations, infrastructure optimization, and dataset consolidation efforts
- Coordinate across downstream teams to manage dependencies and ensure reliable delivery of datasets that power critical business decisions
- Lead quarterly prioritization exercises to align the roadmap with stakeholder needs and business objectives
- Author the team's OP1 and contribute to 3-Year Plan documents
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
