Job Title: Senior Decorator
Location: London & Surrey (projects across both regions)

Salary: £65,000 per annum plus company van
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Decorator to join our team on a full-time basis. The role involves working across high-end residential and commercial projects in London and Surrey, delivering exceptional decorative finishes and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
This position is ideal for an experienced decorator with a strong background in specialist finishes, including polished plaster, and experience working in premium or luxury environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality decorating across a range of interior spaces
- Prepare surfaces to an exceptional standard including sanding, filling, and priming
- Apply paints, wallpapers, and specialist decorative finishes
- Deliver polished plaster and other high-end finishes where required
- Ensure all work meets exacting quality standards and client expectations
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Work collaboratively with site managers, designers, and other contractors
- Manage time effectively across multiple projects and locations
- Communicate professionally with clients and project teams

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in professional decorating
- Demonstrated polished plaster experience
- Proven experience delivering high-end residential or luxury projects
- Excellent attention to detail and finish quality
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Full right to work in the UK
- Driving license
