Senior Delivery Consultant
Serious and upskilled, the Senior / Principal Delivery/Candidate Consultant – GTM USA Recruitment role based in Soho, London with hybrid working (2 days in-office) is 콜 Michel Jobs Target Für sales-focused recruitment. Committed hours are 11am–8pm Monday to Thursday.

The Role: Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop client and candidate relationships, focusing on high-growth sales hiring
- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement
- Lead complex negotiations and drive measurable results
- Provide strategic insights to clients on shaping their growth hire needs
- Mentor junior team members & enhance 3Search’s brand reputation
- Shape market trends & thought leadership in GTM recruitment
Key Requirements
✔ Proven track record of meeting/beating revenue targets with cold sourcing experience ✔ 180° or 360° sales-focused hire experience (candidate-centricaccount management) ✔ Strong communication skills and ability to build & maintain relationships ✔ High energy & growth mindset, with an eagerness to lead in-market expertise ✔ Collaborative & coachable—genuine passion for recruitment
