We are absolutely delighted to be recruiting for an outstanding Senior Delivery Consultant for our growing business; GS2 Partnership.
This is one of two newly created opportunities, to support the growth of our business as we continue our expansion.
90% of our business pivoted in Q1 of 2026 to focus on the US market; GS2 Partnership has almost started from scratch! However, this creates a huge opportunity for a small number of delivery specialists to focus on our incoming UK and European business. Please note, this is a non-sales role and focuses entirely on candidates.
The successful individual will predominantly operate on vacancies across the UK and European market, but there will be occasional opportunities to support our US team as we continue our growth in that region.
This is an unrivalled opportunity to join a business who have huge plans to grow, being part of something right at the start of that journey, with real ownership of the success you create as part of that.
The day-to-day duties for the successful Senior Delivery Consultant will include:
- Working in partnership with our Consultants to understand each role brief for our clients, building a sound knowledge of the calibre of candidate and experience level we are seeking for each position. You will work across a variety of top-tier roles, creating diversity in your day-to-day.
- Searching for and engaging with candidates through a range of channels including job boards, LinkedIn and referrals.
- Qualifying candidates for each of your role vacancies to ensure that they will be a suitable fit for the role in question.
- Taking candidates through the recruitment lifecycle in full, from the initial qualification through to offer stage and beyond to our robust post-placement care.
- Building and strengthening relationships with senior candidates through the recruitment lifecycle, being highly organised at all times in keeping in close contact with them.
- Building and maintaining relationships with a volume of individuals, keeping in regular contact with them, seeing their personal journey and becoming a trusted point of contact for their career growth.
- Adding candidates to our central database and ensuring database compliance.
- Managing client contact in absence of the Delivery Lead.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
