🚀 Senior / Principal Delivery/ Candidate Consultant – GTM USA Recruitment (Soho, Hybrid)
We’re hiring a Senior or Principal Consultant to join our growing GTM team, specialising in sales roles within high-growth tech businesses for North America.
This will be candidate/account management, no new business.
For this role, you must be able to commit to working 11am-8pm Mon-Thursday with 2 days in our Soho office.

- Build and manage a strong network of clients and candidates
- Grow and deepen existing client relationships

🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in hitting individual revenue targets
- Experience as a 180 or 360 agency recruiter
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High motivation and growth mindset
- A desire to become a sector expert / thought leader
- Collaborative, feedback-driven approach
- Someone who genuinely still loves recruitment
