We're partnering with a leading professional services organisation undergoing significant investment in AI, automation, digital skills, and business transformation.
As a Senior Delivery Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring strategic initiatives are successfully delivered across multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders. Acting as the connective tissue between leadership, delivery teams, and subject matter experts, you'll bring structure, visibility, and momentum to a fast-paced portfolio of transformation projects.

The Opportunity
This is a highly visible role focused on coordinating delivery across a growing portfolio of AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Working closely with project owners, technical teams, and senior stakeholders, you'll ensure priorities are translated into actionable plans, risks are proactively managed, and delivery remains on track.

You'll be joining a collaborative and agile environment where your ability to bring clarity, facilitate progress, and remove obstacles will have a direct impact on the success of key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate strategic objectives into clear, structured delivery plans.
- Coordinate activities across multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.
- Maintain visibility of delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers to keep workstreams moving forward.
- Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Support governance processes and ensure accurate reporting for senior leadership.
- Manage RAID logs and monitor project dependencies.
- Produce high-quality status updates, dashboards, and delivery insights.
- Support Agile delivery practices, ceremonies, and continuous improvement activities.
- Help drive accountability, consistency, and delivery excellence across the portfolio.
About You
We're looking for an organised, proactive professional with a strong delivery background and excellent stakeholder management skills.

You'll likely bring:
- Experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, PMO, Programme Coordination, or Transformation Delivery.
- Experience working within technology, digital, or business transformation environments.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, and dependency tracking.
- Experience operating within complex, fast-paced organisations.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and reporting skills.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
- An analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Highly Desirable
- Experience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile delivery experience.
- Experience improving governance, reporting, or portfolio visibility.
- Experience working within professional services, consulting, financial services, or complex regulated environments.
