We’re recruiting a Senior Delivery Lead to drive complex transformation at scale and elevate agile delivery across our enterprise. If you’re passionate about transformational change, this could be the role for you!

You will be joining the Change Delivery Team, consisting of 2 Senior Enterprise Change Managers, 3 Senior Delivery Leads, 5 Release Train Engineers, 1 Senior Change Optimisation Manger, 1 Senior Enterprise PMO Manager and 1 Senior Journey Experience Manager and will work alongside a wider network of change professionals. Every change we deliver is ultimately for our customers and we’re delivering new experiences centred around their needs – ensuring faster, simpler and more connected customer experiences that genuinely add value.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Lead the delivery of major tech change initiatives, including platform upgrades, infrastructure transformation, and software development.
  • Choose the right delivery approach (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to match delivery needs.
  • Work closely with Architecture, Engineering, and Product/Platform Leads to align plans and roadmaps.
  • Drive PI Planning, sprint coordination, and dependency management across teams.
  • Maintain clear delivery governance, reporting, and visibility of risks and timelines.
  • Uplift agile and DevOps practices, championing continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
  • Advise technology leaders on delivery risks, resource needs, and implementation planning.
  • Facilitate planning workshops and delivery ceremonies to keep teams aligned and moving.
  • Promote automation, agility, and a culture of learning across delivery teams.

What Do We Need From You?

  • A seasoned senior delivery leader with a strong background in technology‑focused change and transformation.
  • Deep expertise in agile delivery frameworks, DevOps principles, and technical delivery orchestration.
  • Proven experience delivering large‑scale, cross‑functional technology initiatives across enterprise environments.
  • Skilled in working with Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and Agile Release Trains to drive aligned, predictable delivery.
  • Confident leading PI Planning, technical workshops, and key delivery ceremonies.
  • Strong problem‑solving capability with the ability to navigate integration complexity, legacy modernisation, and technical risk.
  • High emotional intelligence with a leadership style that influences, guides, and builds strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with technology operating models, SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and release automation.
  • Experience managing technical interdependencies, platform migrations, and high‑risk transformation programmes.
  • Track record of uplifting agile maturity and engineering delivery capability.
  • Knowledge of tooling such as Azure DevOps or Apptio Target Process to manage backlogs and delivery flow.
  • Background in digital transformation, cloud adoption, or infrastructure modernisation is highly desirable.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, PMP, Agile Coach) are advantageous.
