Senior Delivery Lead- Cyber
Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations: Perth, Glasgow, Reading/Forbury Place
Salary: £68,100 - £102,100 + car /car allowance + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
The role
The Senior Delivery Lead will provide programme leadership for the Cyber Resilience Programme, accountable for the successful delivery of a complex portfolio of IT and Operational Technology (OT) initiatives supporting regulatory compliance, cyber resilience and operational risk reduction across critical national infrastructure.
The role is accountable for programme outcomes, delivery strategy, governance, funding, supplier performance and business readiness, ensuring regulatory commitments and business objectives are delivered safely, effectively and sustainably.
You will
- Lead delivery of a portfolio of Cyber IT and OT programmes, ensuring regulatory, operational and business outcomes are achieved.
- Own integrated programme planning, including dependencies, critical path, sequencing and coordination across workstreams and suppliers.
- Provide strong governance, regulatory reporting and assurance, giving senior leaders clear visibility of progress, risks, decisions, delivery confidence and alignment to regulatory commitments.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, funding and investment cases, supporting regulatory submissions, business cases and governance approvals.
- Drive risk management, supplier performance, stakeholder alignment and operational readiness to ensure successful and sustainable delivery.

You have
- Minimum 10 years' experience delivering complex technology programmes and projects, including at least 5 years operating at Programme Manager, Senior Delivery Lead or equivalent leadership level.
- Proven experience leading large-scale technology, cyber security, OT or regulatory transformation programmes within complex, highly regulated environments, delivering regulatory, operational and business outcomes.
- Demonstrable experience managing multi-million-pound budgets, funding submissions, business cases, investment governance, regulatory commitments, programme governance, risk management and assurance activities.
- Proven ability to lead multiple suppliers, delivery partners and senior stakeholders, managing dependencies, benefits realisation and mitigation of significant programme risks across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, PMP or equivalent recognised project or programme management qualification (mandatory). Experience within Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), Utilities, Energy Networks or Operational Technology environments, together with knowledge of NIS Regulations, CAF, IEC62443 or similar cyber resilience frameworks and related cyber, risk or OT qualifications, is desirable.
