Senior Delivery Lead
Location: Leeds / Hybrid (c. 2 days per week on-site) Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + benefits

Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of defined technology workstreams within a wider transformation programme.
- Translate programme-level objectives into clear delivery plans, milestones, and outcomes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, data, infrastructure, and digital platforms.
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating where appropriate.
- Ensure delivery activity aligns with agreed technology standards, governance, and roadmaps.
- Track progress against KPIs, milestones, and delivery commitments.
- Support senior stakeholders with clear, concise delivery updates and reporting.
- Drive day-to-day delivery decisions to maintain momentum and remove blockers.
- Work effectively across both agile and traditional delivery environments.
- Collaborate closely with Programme and Project Managers to ensure joined-up delivery.

Requirements
- Proven experience delivering technology-focused projects or workstreams.
- Background in large-scale, consumer-facing technology environments.
- Strong understanding of technology delivery across areas such as infrastructure, data, or digital platforms.
- Experience working within governed or regulated delivery environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior stakeholders.
- Confident translating technical delivery into clear business updates.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and delivery quality.
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets or forecasts at workstream level.
- Comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with stakeholder engagement.
