Senior Delivery Manager
Senior Delivery Manager – Tech, Data & AI | IAG Loyalty
Who We Are
We’re IAG Loyalty – one organisation with two ambitious divisions across Loyalty and Holidays. Each has its own goals, strategy and team, but we’re united by a shared vision to create a more rewarding world of travel and experiences.
Our Loyalty division is home to Avios, the global loyalty currency, enabling millions of members to collect and spend rewards across travel, retail, and financial services.
We’re on an exciting journey of growth and transformation – and technology is central to how we evolve.
The Opportunity ✨
We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Delivery Office within Tech, Data & AI. This is a strategic delivery role that goes beyond traditional project management.
You'll:
- Partner with senior business leaders to shape ideas, define solutions, and lead complex technology and business transformation initiatives, from concept through to execution.
- Help solve high-impact challenges, identify growth opportunities, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.
- Act as a programme lead, transformation partner, or internal consultant, bringing clarity to ambiguity and transforming ideas into impactful outcomes.
If you enjoy influencing strategy as much as delivering it, this is a chance to make a genuine impact across one of the world’s leading loyalty businesses.
What You’ll Be Doing 🚀
You’ll lead a portfolio of complex technical and business transformations, collaborating with stakeholders across:
- Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Customer Operations, and the wider IAG Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops, shaped business requirements, and define delivery strategies that align with customer needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions and influencing decision-making throughout the initiative lifecycle.
- Oversee programme governance, manage risks, dependencies, and investments, and steer cross-functional teams and third-party partners.
- Work across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall environments to cut through ambiguity and ensure delivery focus on meaningful business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for AI and emerging technologies to enhance customer experiences, efficiency, and performance.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Not a Fit If…
❌ You prefer strict, predefined project plans rather than shaping direction. ❌ You focus merely on delivery rather than strategy, discovery, or business partnering. ❌ You thrive without collaborating with a broad network of stakeholders.
(We encourage applications from candidates who don’t meet all ‘nice-to-haves’—experience is more nuanced than job descriptions suggest.)
