Job Title: Delivery Principal
Role Summary
Our Delivery Principal will be accountable for the overall successful delivery in an account, driving growth as part of a cross-functional team. You’ll play a key role in:
Key Responsibilities
- Managing successful project outcomes—Delivering high-impact solutions in the Private or Public Sector
- Driving digital transformation—Modernising applications and adopting cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
- Leveraging multi-cloud expertise—Delivering scalable applications, services, products, or platforms
- Ensuring excellence—Enforcing governance, compliance, standards, and quality metrics
- Overseeing delivery teams—Providing oversight of large/complex delivery teams across multi-supplier engagements
- Client-facing leadership—Effectively communicating, networking, and negotiating with clients
- Business growth—Presales and business development to expand revenue, including bid-response writing and formal pitches
- User-centric innovation—Applying user research and design to enhance solution delivery
- Team empowerment—Fostering an inclusive, motivated, and values-aligned culture within teams

Key Requirements
- Proven track record in driving successful outcomes in Private or Public Sector delivery
- Hands-on experience in application modernisation and digital transformation, with a focus on Azure/AWS cloud solutions
- Portfolio expertise in delivering applications, services, products, or platforms (at least 3 of these 4 preferred)
- Leadership in complex environments—experience in managing large/complex teams in multi-supplier engagements
- Strong stakeholder management—effective communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen in high-pressure, multi-party settings
- Presales + BD experience—ability to craft bid responses and deliver persuasive client presentations
- User experience + design integration—practical experience applying user research to solution delivery qualifications
