Senior Delivery Manager / Customer Delivery Manager Manchester (Hybrid) | Enterprise SaaS | Financial Services (£75-90k)
What if your role wasn't simply to deliver projects—but to become the trusted advisor to some of your customers' most senior leaders?
I'm working exclusively with an established UK technology business that's investing significantly in its Customer Delivery function following continued growth. The organisation delivers mission-critical software to leading financial institutions, with implementations that genuinely transform the way their customers operate.
This isn't a role where you'll be juggling dozens of small accounts. Instead, you'll take ownership of a select portfolio of strategic customers, leading complex software implementations from discovery through to successful delivery and ongoing partnership. You'll become the trusted face of delivery, working directly with C-suite stakeholders while coordinating internal technical, product and professional services teams to ensure exceptional outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
