Senior Delivery Manager
About The Company
Scrambly is one of the fastest-growing adtech startups in the world, featured in the AppsFlyer Performance Index and Singular ROI Index in just 3.5 years.
We’re growing 250%+ YoY across revenue, team, product, and technology — fully bootstrapped and profitable.
We’re building the future of app discovery: a reward-powered alternative to the App Store and Google Play. Our loyalty-driven ecosystem connects millions of users with the world’s top apps and delivers unmatched, ROI-focused growth for mobile advertisers.
Our mission is to build a true alternative to traditional app stores — fueled by rewards and data — and create a new, performance-first growth engine for mobile app advertisers.
About The Role
As our Delivery Manager, you will be the operational backbone of Scrambly’s product and engineering organization. You will work closely with the CTO, engineering leads, product, QA, and design teams to ensure that all initiatives — from core features to experiments — move from idea to production efficiently and with high quality.
This is not a pure Scrum Master role. It is a high-impact, execution-focused position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building structure, removing chaos, and ensuring that both delivery execution and feature readiness run smoothly and effectively.
You will define and run processes, coordinate releases, lead estimation and planning, ensure documentation hygiene, and help maintain smooth operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execution & Delivery Management: Drive end-to-end delivery across technical and design teams by leading Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, stand-ups). Ensure accurate estimations, mitigate risks, remove blockers, and maintain predictable release schedules while balancing urgent business priorities.
- Operational Excellence: Build and optimize delivery workflows, maintaining a structured backlog with clear requirements and acceptance criteria. Drive continuous improvement through streamlined cross-team handoffs and post-release retrospectives.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate alignment between product priorities, engineering capacity, and design/QA readiness. Manage feature decomposition, backlog hygiene, and daily operational tasks to ensure teams have the necessary context and assets on time.
- Team Support & Structure: Foster a culture of accountability and transparency. Optimize execution rhythm by identifying bottlenecks, resolving inefficiencies, and supporting new hire onboarding through clear structural documentation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
