Job Description: Delivery Principal
Our Delivery Principals will be accountable for the overall successful delivery within an account and responsible, as part of a cross-functional team, for driving account growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Private or Public Sector
- Driving application modernisation and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
- Delivering applications, services, products, or platforms
- Ensuring appropriate governance, standards, and quality metrics are adhered to throughout project delivery
- Providing an overview of large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements
- Communicating and negotiating effectively and credibly with clients
- Driving presales and business development to expand existing business, including written bid responses and formal presentations
- Applying user research and design disciplines within solution delivery
- Motivating and empowering teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 Core Values

Requirements & Qualifications
- Significant evidence of managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Private or Public Sector
- Experience in complex application modernisation and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
- Experience in delivering applications, services, products, or platforms (at least 3 of 4 required)
- Experience in managing and leading large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly, with strong commercial awareness and understanding of project challenges (particularly multi-supplier environments)
- Critical: Significant presales and business development experience, including written bid responses and formal presentations
- Experience applying user research and design disciplines within solution delivery
