The Role

As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant, you’ll join a business known for its world-class processes, strong market presence, and expert headhunting approach within FMCG. You’ll focus on key client accounts, building strong relationships with hiring managers and managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing through to successful placement. You’ll also develop a deep understanding of your market, enabling you to provide valuable insight and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. While this is a delivery-focused role, strong commercial awareness will help you identify wider opportunities across the business.
