We're partnering with a globally recognised subscription business that is investing heavily in the future of its marketing function. With an exceptional reputation, a market-leading product and ambitious growth plans, they're now looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to play a pivotal role in driving new business growth.
This is an opportunity to join at the beginning of an exciting transformation. Marketing is becoming a far more strategic function within the business and you'll have the autonomy to shape demand generation, influence commercial outcomes and work closely with Sales to build a scalable pipeline engine.
The Role
Working closely with the CMO and Sales leadership, you'll own the demand generation strategy across multiple international markets, developing integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, increase trial engagement and drive new customer acquisition.
- You'll plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns across content, webinars, events, email and digital marketing, making full use of an extensive library of market-leading economic insight.
- Working alongside leading economists, you'll transform topical content and thought leadership into commercially focused campaigns that engage prospects and create opportunities for the sales team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
