About Us: ProcurePro

Mission To save 1 BILLION construction admin hours

Who We Are & What We Do ProcurePro simplifies fragmented and manual procurement processes for major builders. Where tasks are traditionally handled via Word, Excel, and email, we consolidate supply chain management into a single, transformative platform. We’re the market leaders — backed by partnerships and investor confidence:

  • Recently raised $15m in 2026, valued over $100m (Airtree said yes)
  • Ranked as a 2024 & 2025 LinkedIn Top Startup (see why here)
  • Featured on Unicorn Watch List for QLD’s startups (floorplan)
  • Featured in Deloitte’s Tech Fast 50 (2023, 2024, & 2025) (raw data)

The Role: Demand Generation Lead (UK & Ireland)

Our CEO believes now is the moment. See why.

Core Responsibilities

You’re totally accountable for owning the UK and Ireland pipeline number — meaning you drive the volume and value of our onboarding. This demands:

  • Precision Targeting: UK ABM Precision

    • Focus on a tight, deliberate list of key accounts. Use intent signals and market insights to prioritise who’s actively buying.
    • Qualitative-enabled outreach. Precision matters more than volume.
  • Omnichannel Campaigns Authority over an organic blend of paid search, paid social, email, direct mail, and third-party donor lists. Unified accountability for a cohesive pipeline approach.

  • Field Marketing

    • Strategies for events, regional dinners, and hospitality. Lead direct physical activations to strengthen engagement with leadership.
    • Tie strategy to business growth — credibility counts.
  • Press & PR

    • Source strategy via trusted external partners.
    • Build direct relationships with leading UK construction trade media, delivering opinion-shaping content and artifacts.
    • Shape and maintain Brock’s voice in the market via credible narratives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • External Partner Partnerships

    • Events, media and local team agency coalition. You hold them accountable to the core value proposition, not just KPIs.
  • Sales Alignment

    • Operate as an extension of the revenue marketing team.
    • Tight ABM coordination: Personalised reviews, seamless handoffs, and co-created prioritisation.
    • Track the pipeline’s decision points, not just activity.

What You’ll Need

No half-measures. We’re looking for candidates who will make a real difference.

  • ** Demand Generation ABM (4+ yrs) Specialisation** in a trunking market. Proven track record [
  • Evidence needed]: Running account-based plays from lists, and not just shooting darts in the dark.
  • Built Environment or Construction Expertise is a strong advantage. Experience puts you ahead of the curve. If you’ve worked directly with this space, you’ll be invaluable.
  • Channel Coverage
    • Full funnel, 360º dominance: marketing channels (paid, digital, email, PR/syndicated media) or physical (events, direct mail, activations).
    • Master juggling these — humans understand humans. You’ll use a balance of (hybrid) approaches in context.
  • The art of prioritizing
    • Prodigiously clear with ROI math— activity isn’t a priority, only the value it drives to the pipeline.
    • Salient — you love the KPIs, not the vanity metrics.
  • Ownership Challenge
    • Operating autonomously as a regional leader. This is a pure remote skillset— plan well, execute well.
  • Slipstream Initiative
    • Activism thrusts. You don’t need everyone’s permission to fix a problem.
  • Commercial Mindset
    • A sourcer’s lens. Own upfront every level of the organization and quietly correct firm data incoming when you must.

Culture Fit Welcome

  • "Remote First," No Boundaries to Geography. Live anywhere in The UK.
  • Social Cohesion. Scheduled informal fiddle and robust in-person “offsites” drive connection.
  • Flat Structure, Radical Transparency 🔥 Bold problems aren’t dressing mistakes. You’re given the microscope.
  • Close Boundaries. We invest— but we don’t tolerate setbacks unchecked.
  • God parents you and challenge you to grow. Across the sector.
