Job Description
You will lead the forecasting engine at Wearewild.com, owning the global S&OP cycle across DTC and retail channels. This pivotal role combines traditional demand planning with cutting-edge automation, tasking you to build AI-driven tools that replace manual workflows. You'll bridge the gap between complex data interrogation and commercial strategy to drive global scaling.

What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end monthly S&OP cycle, reconciling bottom-up global forecasts against top-down financial targets for leadership review.
- Leverage SQL, BI tools, and AI to automate repetitive tasks and surface actionable insights from complex EPOS and retail data.
- Manage and develop a Demand Planning Executive while collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, and Supply teams to mitigate stock risks.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience in retail demand planning or supply chain forecasting within a fast-paced FMCG, consumer goods, or retail environment.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interrogate large datasets using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or Business Intelligence platforms.
- A "high-agency" mindset with a passion for using AI and automation to eliminate manual workflows and improve forecasting accuracy.
