Job Introduction
Senior Dental Technician
Location: Oral Ceramics, Crown House, 13 Wassage Way, Hampton Lovett, Droitwich WR9 0NX

We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Senior Dental Technician to join our Oral Ceramics Dental Laboratory.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain 3D printers for producing dental models, surgical guides, and other custom prosthetics, ensuring top-tier accuracy and material handling.
- Use 3D scanners to capture dental impressions and create precise digital models.
- Inspect and evaluate the fit, function, and aesthetics of final products, making necessary adjustments to meet the highest standards.
- Prepare and manage milling machines for the production of dental restorations, ensuring exceptional accuracy and a high-quality finish.
- Utilize CAD/CAM software to design and fabricate dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, implants, inlays, and veneers.
- Work closely with dental technicians, lab managers, and dentists to ensure all products meet the required specifications and standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on CAD/CAM equipment to ensure optimal performance.
