We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Deputy Manager to join our store in Oxford Circus! This is a 37.5 hour position working 5 out of 7 days. Salary is based on candidate experience and store location.

- Coaching and developing your team to exceed every expectation
- Encouraging the team to deliver the most exceptional shopping experience on the high street ensuring our customers feel like they have had the best journey from start to finish
- Recruiting and training new talent
- Working alongside the Store Manager to set goals, achieve targets and drive KPIs

- Promoting the schuh brand through our core service values
- Creating exciting new store displays with the freedom to make commercial decisions within our visual merchandising guidelines
- Adhering to company policies and guidelines
- Running the store in the Store Manager’s absence
About the person
- Enthusiastic, incredibly ambitious and ready for anything
- Optimistic and energetic
- Prepared to work hard
- Passionate about retail/customer service/footwear
- Lead from the front and motivate the team around you
- Target driven
- Keen eye for detail and commerciality
- Proven track record of leadership
- Personal values align with company values
- Previous management experience in customer service and/or retail experience is preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
