Senior Electronics Design Engineer

Clevedon, Somerset

GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 + Hybrid + Bonus + Private healthcare + 33 days Holiday + Benefits

Hybrid: 2x per week from home

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative team working on cutting-edge products, where you will play a key role in designing and developing analogue and digital electronics solutions from concept through to production. The successful candidate will be joining a collaborative environment that values technical excellence, continuous improvement, and the delivery of high-quality, real-world engineering solutions.

The Role

  • Designed and supported analogue and digital power and control circuits across the full product lifecycle.
  • Schematic capture, PCB layout design, Prototyping, testing and Validation.
  • Translated technical and commercial requirements into robust, manufacturable design solutions.
  • Collaborated closely with cross-functional team.
  • Produced comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Presented designs at formal review stages.
  • Ensured all designs complied with relevant safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Power Electronics, Embedded Electronics, Embedded Systems.
  • Proven experience in hardware system design.
  • Proficient in schematic capture and PCB layout using OrCAD.
  • Skilled in the use of electrical test and measurement equipment.
