Dr. Martens is more than a brand - it’s a global icon with over 60 years of attitude, heritage, and cultural impact. We’re a thriving, values-driven business powered by diverse thinkers, bold doers, and people who bring their whole selves to work. If you’re ready to make your mark, you’re in the right place.

At DM, our values guide everything we do: Be Yourself, Act Courageously, Show You Care. They’re not just words - they’re how we turn passion into progress.

WHERE YOU SIT

As our Senior Design Lead - Brand Design, you’ll be part of the Consumer & Brand team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of Brand Design & Identity. You’ll be right at the heart of fast-moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

This is a senior, craft-driven brand design role for someone who still wants to be deeply in the work, while shaping the future of a global brand. You will be responsible for evolving and scaling the brand’s visual identity across every consumer touchpoint. You’ll sit at the heart of brand strategy, creative direction, and commercial execution — translating ambition into world-class identity systems that drive recognition, relevance, and long-term brand equity.

As a passionate, hands-on designer, you are expected to own key brand moments, define the expression of new propositions, design hero assets, and set the creative benchmark through your own output.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
