Senior Design Manager
Are you an experienced Design Manager seeking a new role with a leading Tier 1 main contractor. Fawkes and Reece are currently supporting a long-term client as they look to strengthen their Design Team to help deliver a host of new projects.
The business is currently delivering projects across Data Centres, retail, commercial, and industrial sectors across London and the Southeast and have an enviable pipeline of work in tender/ pre-construction. Over recent years the business has solidified themselves as a leading tier 1 business which is a result of successfully delivered projects giving them circa 85% repeat business for a host of reputable clients in the private sector.

Requirements for the Senior Design Manager role
- Experience working in a Design Management role with a main contractor
- Experience in delivering projects in one of their key sectors
- Experience working on standard house types
