Walker and Sloan are proud to be working with a well known Branding Design Agency in Bristol as they are keen to bring on a talented Senior Designer to the design team on a full time basis.
This is a great opportunity for a versatile senior creative to become a vital part of the team. You’ll be comfortable and responsible creating, developing and implementing concepts into fully visualised presentations. A real on-the tools studio doer. This role combines a limitless lens on creative solutions and strong commercial judgment.
You’ll be familiar and confident delivering brand, campaign, digital and content projects and your skillset will include extensive design, motion & video. Your folio will showcase a breadth of sector experience in B2B and B2C across multiple channels. We’re looking for energy, hands on skills and an experienced client-facing Creative.
Your Role in the Agency:
- Working with the team to shape and execute ideas and own the delivery of creative outputs.
- You will incorporate idea-fuelled and impactful design, video editing and motion graphics into a broad spread of projects, clients and sectors across multiple channels, delivering the highest standards.
- You’ll work both in a team and independently across a variety of projects.
You will have good presentation and communication skills and be expected to make creative presentations internally and externally, with support from the team. As ever, accuracy, time-management and self-discipline are crucial to ensure you fit into the smooth tempo of the studio.

An agile, independent agency and fast-paced studio, we’re after a creative who is adaptable, proactive and self-directed.
You'll work closely with the Creative Director while becoming a trusted voice within the team – someone whose judgement, creativity and attitude earn respect from colleagues and clients alike.
Skill Set:

Role Requirements:
- Understanding the context that lies behind a client’s business and communication needs, and the key proposition and creative brief that is provided as the basis for their work.
- Understanding the target audience and proposed media to be used in the campaign/project.
- Devising and developing original ideas that engage the target audience and address the client’s business objectives.
- Presenting ideas to the internal team for approval, input and development, and steering copywriting through several stages of concepts and executions.
- Generating and maintaining enthusiasm for ideas within the agency and with clients as they move from concept to execution.
- Producing visuals, references and storyboards to convey the concept to the agency team, and then implementing and managing roll-out of creative.
- Responding to client and research feedback and continuing to develop the work until final approval stage. Maintaining creative integrity for original ideas.
- Staying up-to-date with available talent for commissioning photographers, illustrators and film makers through regularly reviewing their websites, folios and showreels. Selecting and managing photographers, illustrators, production companies, film directors, models and cast involved in creative productions as necessary.
- Overseeing the production of creative outputs to the agencies high standards, to the clients objectives and to the brief’s challenge.
