From social campaigns and digital content to films, stills and brand assets, you'll produce thoughtful, beautifully executed work that elevates every brief.

This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of work from brief to delivery, and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to make great work happen.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create outstanding brand and communications work across digital, social, campaigns, motion, film and print.
  • Apply and evolve brand identities and design systems to deliver high-quality creative across every touchpoint.
  • Take ownership of briefs and confidently drive projects from concept through to delivery with minimal direction.
  • Work across multiple client accounts, adapting quickly to different brands, teams and creative challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Design Directors, Copywriters, Strategists and Client Services to deliver exceptional work.
  • Design creative for campaigns, social, digital experiences, presentations, film and stills.
  • Contribute to UI and digital interface design where appropriate, supporting digital experiences across a range of client projects.
  • Ensure consistency, quality and craft across every touchpoint.
  • Stay curious about emerging technologies and explore how AI can enhance creative workflows and execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
