Overview
We are hiring a Senior Designer to join Digitas and help shape bold, culturally relevant creative work that delivers real impact for clients. This is a role for someone who cares deeply about craft, ideas, and the power of design to connect with people across channels. You’ll play a key part in elevating brand experiences—bringing concepts to life through both still and motion design. Working alongside talented creatives, you’ll push boundaries and help set the standard for visual excellence.

Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the development of high-quality visual design across brand, campaign, and communication assets
- Translate briefs into innovative, insight-led creative concepts and executions
- Create compelling visual outputs across both static and motion design, bringing ideas to life across channels
- Collaborate closely with creative teams and directors to shape and refine design direction
- Contribute to concept development through references, prototypes, and exploratory design thinking
- Support and guide junior designers, fostering growth and strong design craft
- Present and articulate design rationale clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and impact
Qualifications
Skills we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in visual design across branding, identity, and campaign work
- Proven capability in motion design, with the ability to create engaging animated content
- A thoughtful approach to storytelling, combining ideas, craft, and attention to detail
- Confidence working from concept through to final delivery across multiple formats
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to respond constructively to feedback
- Good awareness of cultural trends, emerging technologies, and their creative application
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (with motion tools such as After Effects); 3D skills are a bonus
