The role
As a Senior Designer, you lead by example –bringing energy and enthusiasm to everything you do to push creative boundaries, refine narratives, and deliver outstanding work.
You use your experience to guide more junior team members. You shape ideas into bold expressions and present with clarity and confidence to clients in your distinct voice and style.
Requirements
What you'll do:
- You guide the design on smaller projects, managing delivery of clear narratives and high-quality solutions in a timely manner.
- You are a crucial team member, proactively communicating with all practice areas and offices.
- You establish yourself as a key team member with clients.
- You work closely with Client Services Team, tracking project profitability and proactively identifying profit challenges and course correcting.
- You support farming efforts and are involved in converting opportunities with existing clients.
- You express your POV on different platforms, contributing to Brandpie’s marketing and thought leadership.
What We Are Looking For
- Leading Creative. You lead the creative generation of bold and inspiring ideas- bringing your own distinct POV to clearly articulate the expression, creation and development of the creative and narrative.
- Craft Development. You foster expertise in a wide range of skills- you are a go-to team member for sought-after abilities.
- Independent Excellence. You are confident in your execution- you know what you need to create.
- Client Presentation. You are a key client facing team member, creating presentations that are impactful and clear.
- Mentorship. You support, elevate and coach junior and mid-weight designers, providing clear feedback and direction.

- Rewarding package. We offer competitive salary and generous benefits package that includes private medical and life insurance, gym subsidies, and a company pension scheme.
- Time off. 23 days of holiday (rising to 28 over time), plus an additional 3 days when we close between Christmas and New Year. The allowance is pro rata based on the duration of the contract.
