Job Description
The In-House Creative Studio plays a critical role in shaping how the Experian brand shows up across every customer touchpoint.
As a Senior Designer, you'll be a creative guardian, ensuring our brand is consistently represented through high-quality, insight-led design across paid, owned and earned channels. This is a hands-on role where you'll combine exceptional craft with creative oversight, helping to elevate the quality of work across the wider studio while delivering your own best-in-class design solutions.
Working within our in-house creative team, you'll collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers, marketers and channel specialists to develop compelling creative that delivers both brand impact and commercial performance. From performance marketing campaigns and CRM journeys to web experiences, internal communications and product launches, you'll create engaging digital assets while championing design excellence across the team.
This is a hybrid London-based role (40% office based), reporting to the Head of Creative & Content.

Provide constructive feedback to colleagues, review work with a critical eye and ensure brand guidelines, accessibility standards and technical specifications are consistently met.
- Design & Production - Design and produce high-quality creative across multiple digital channels, including paid social, display advertising, CRM, email, websites, landing pages and integrated marketing campaigns. Balance creativity with efficiency while delivering assets at pace.
- Performance-Focused Design - Create digital experiences that are built to perform. Develop creative that supports testing, optimisation and measurable business outcomes, understanding how design influences engagement, conversion, CTR, CPA and other performance metrics.
- Scalable Creative Systems - Develop templates, reusable assets and component libraries that improve consistency, accelerate production and enable efficient collaboration across campaigns and teams.
- Social-First Creative - Create engaging social-first content that feels native to each platform. Contribute ideas, adapt creative for different audiences and channels, and produce compelling assets across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms.
- AI-Enabled Creativity - Embrace AI-powered creative tools, including Weave AI and generative design technologies, to enhance ideation, streamline production workflows, automate repetitive tasks and improve creative efficiency without compromising quality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
