Ready to push creative boundaries and help shape the future of design?
We're working with a forward-thinking creative agency that's redefining what great design looks like in the financial services sector. Partnering exclusively with banks, building societies, wealth management firms and insurers, they create work that balances creativity with credibility, helping brands stand out in one of the UK's most competitive industries.
As the agency continues to evolve, AI is becoming a core part of how ideas are explored, developed and delivered. They're looking for a Senior Designer who's already embracing AI as part of their creative process, someone who sees it as a powerful creative partner, not just another tool.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a designer who enjoys variety. From creating brand identities and designing digital experiences to developing campaigns and art directing shoots, you'll have the freedom to work across a broad range of creative projects whilst helping shape how AI continues to influence the agency's future.
If you're naturally curious, commercially minded and excited by where design is heading, this is one you'll want to explore.
What You'll Be Doing

- π― Presenting creative work confidently to clients, explaining both the strategic thinking and creative execution
- πΈ Leading creative direction across photography, campaign shoots and wider visual content when required
- π₯ Mentoring junior designers, sharing knowledge and helping raise creative standards across the team
- π€ Collaborating with strategists, developers and client services to deliver integrated creative solutions
- π Playing an active role in shaping how AI continues to evolve within the agency's creative offering

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
