About The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Brand Designer who will help elevate our brand, with a focus on visual systems, illustration, and motion.

✨ In this role, you’ll contribute to refining and evolving our brand guidelines, ensuring they’re applied consistently across 360° experiences. You'll create the visual content that lives within our website frameworks, while also supporting social and broader brand initiatives. You'll bring a strong understanding of design systems and cohesive branding, paired with a passion for creative storytelling and thoughtful execution — always curious about the “Why?” behind the work ✨

Collaboration is core to this role, as you’ll work closely with other creative partners, contributing your perspective, refining ideas together, and helping shape a brand that resonates clearly and meaningfully.

This is a role for someone comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership, and helping build structure as the team continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve scalable brand systems across illustration, graphic language, typography, composition, iconography, and image-making.
  • Create distinctive visual assets and storytelling systems for web, social, editorial, campaigns, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Translate strategic and creative direction into clear, ownable visual concepts that can flex across formats and channels.
  • Move fluidly between mediums, owning projects end-to-end from initial concept through launch with a high degree of creative autonomy.
  • Contribute to concept development, creative presentations, mood boards, and visual narratives for campaigns, launches, and broader brand initiatives.
  • Build reusable templates, toolkits, and guidelines that enable teams to apply the brand consistently without sacrificing creativity.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and leadership to define how Cleo shows up across every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with the ECD, Head of Design, and Head of Art to turn marketing objectives into cohesive, brand-led creative executions.
  • Present work with a clear articulation of the design rationale and partner with designers, animators, developers, and external collaborators through final delivery.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
