We are working with a small/mid sized agency who are looking for a strategy focused Senior Designer who combines exceptional creative craft with big-picture thinking.
The facts: This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning projects, mentoring others and helping raise the creative standard across the studio.
The agency works across a broad range of sectors – including; technology (automotive, fintech, medtech, software, wearables…) but also finance, infrastructure and more.
Projects often include brand creation from scratch, so they are looking for a Senior Designer who is able to interpret a strategic positioning across visual and verbal language and then refine this across all touchpoints including; guidelines, imagery, digital assets and campaigns.

You'll be:
- Leading design projects from concept through to delivery.
- Collaborating closely with creatives, strategists, developers and client services.
- Presenting work internally and to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Contributing ideas throughout the creative process and helping shape project direction.
- Taking part in creative critiques and helping raise the quality of work across the studio.
- Championing consistency, craft and attention to detail across every touchpoint.
- Exploring new technologies, design trends and AI-powered creative workflows to improve how we work.
You'll have:
- 5–7+ years' experience in a branding, creative or digital agency.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across brand, digital and campaign projects.
- Strong digital design skills, including responsive websites, UX principles and component-based design systems.
- A solid understanding of motion design and how movement enhances brand experiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience with motion design software (desirable).
- Familiarity with AI tools and creative workflows that support the design process.
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering beautifully crafted work.
