Senior Designer - Home & Seasonal
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Designer to lead the design and development of premium Home & Seasonal collections, shaping innovative, commercially successful ranges for a luxury retail environment. About the Role
As a Senior Designer within the Home & Seasonal category, you will play a key role in driving the creative direction, development, and delivery of high-end, bespoke collections. Working cross-functionally with Buying, Merchandising, and Technical teams, you will translate design vision into commercially relevant products while ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to key timelines. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with strategic thinking, while inspiring others and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of innovative Home & Seasonal products, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and customer expectations
- Translate trends and creative direction into commercially viable, premium product ranges
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver best-in-class product and processes
- Manage multiple projects and key milestones, ensuring timely delivery against critical trading deadlines
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering creativity, collaboration, and continuous development

Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You are a highly creative and commercially minded designer with a strong understanding of the luxury or bridge-to-luxury retail landscape. You bring a refined aesthetic and a passion for innovation, combined with the ability to balance conceptual thinking with practical delivery. You will confidently lead design initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive results while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple priorities while consistently delivering to a high standard. You will also be a natural collaborator, inspiring those around you and contributing to a positive and high-performing team culture.
You will also have:
- Proven experience designing across both soft and hardline homeware or seasonal categories
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Keynote
- Strong technical understanding of product development, materials, and supplier capabilities
