Finchley, North London | Full-Time | Office-Based
Are you a creative leader who can do more than produce great design?
We're working with a fast-growing international consumer brand looking for an experienced Senior Designer & Brand Manager to take ownership of its creative output, brand identity, and visual strategy across multiple channels.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping established brands while helping launch exciting new ones. You’ll combine hands-on design with strategic brand management, working closely with senior leadership to influence how customers experience the business across the UK and international markets.
The Role
This isn’t just another design position.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects a premium brand experience — from packaging and websites to Amazon listings, retail presentations, social media, email campaigns, and advertising.
You’ll also mentor a Junior Designer while helping develop the company’s creative function as it continues to grow internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
- Own and protect the visual identity across all channels and markets
- Maintain and develop brand guidelines
- Ensure consistency across digital, print, packaging, and advertising
- Support influencer, PR, and brand awareness campaigns

Creative Design
- Design premium product packaging and labels
- Create Amazon A+ Content and marketplace assets
- Produce Shopify website graphics and digital marketing creatives
- Design email campaigns, social media content, and advertising
- Create retailer presentations, sales collateral, product catalogues, and brand decks
Creative Leadership
- Mentor and support the in-house Junior Designer
- Manage creative workflows and maintain high design standards
- Coordinate with external creatives, photographers, and agencies
E-commerce & Conversion
- Produce high-converting creative assets for online marketplaces
- Optimise product listings through compelling visual content
- Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to improve customer experience and conversion
New Brand Development
- Help create entirely new brands from concept to launch
- Develop visual identities, packaging systems, and launch assets
About You
You’ll have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior design role
- Strong FMCG or consumer products experience
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign)
- Experience mentoring or managing junior designers
- A strong understanding of branding and visual identity
- Experience designing for e-commerce and online marketplaces
- Experience creating retailer presentations, sales decks, and marketing collateral
- Excellent organisation and project management skills
- Commercial awareness and exceptional attention to detail
