We're working with one of the UK's most respected womenswear suppliers, with a strong and growing footprint across the high street and major supermarket chains. Known for delivering trend-led, quality product at speed, we're now looking for a talented Senior Jersey Designer to help drive their collections forward.

This is a rare opportunity to take real ownership of a category, designing jersey womenswear that genuinely sells, from the first sketch all the way through to the shop floor.

Based in London with the flexibility of hybrid working, you'll be at the heart of a fast-moving, passionate design team where your ideas will have real commercial impact.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading the design and development of womenswear jersey collections, from initial concept through to final sign-off, with a sharp focus on commercial relevance and trend direction
  • Attending key trade shows, interpreting catwalk trends, and leveraging forecasting resources to shape seasonal direction and range planning
  • Partnering closely with Account Managers to build balanced, commercially viable ranges that meet retail price architecture and margin requirements
  • Overseeing fabric and trim selection, with a confident handle on jersey fabrications and how they perform
  • Managing the critical path for your ranges, keeping samples, amends, and approvals on track against retailer deadlines
  • Collaborating with overseas factories in Bangladesh and Cambodia to bring designs to life
  • Presenting collections and seasonal ranges to Buyers and key stakeholders with clarity and confidence

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
