Job Title

An award-winning international design practice is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to lead the design and delivery of high-profile hospitality projects, ranging from luxury hotels and resorts to large-scale mixed-use developments.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership role for a talented architect with exceptional design ability, strong client-facing skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects from concept through to completion. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping design direction, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the highest standards of quality across all project phases.

Based on the practice’s London studio, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and clients to create innovative, commercially successful design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design development and delivery of mid-size to large-scale hospitality projects
  • Establish and maintain the overall design vision throughout all project stages
  • Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring quality, consistency, and design excellence
  • Develop innovative architectural solutions that meet client objectives and project requirements
  • Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives when required
  • Promote best practice, quality assurance, and technical excellence across project delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
