Senior Designer
We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Designer with a focus on digital output, as well as print, to join our creative team.
This role suits someone with a graphic design background who has deliberately developed strong digital skills and can demonstrate strong website design experience. The right person will be highly skilled and well-rounded, with experience across multiple channels of graphic design, identity systems and creative output, from digital to physical.
The role is for someone who understands how design work moves through a creative agency environment, and who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to the process. You’ll be comfortable working at pace across multiple projects, scaling ideas across different formats with consistency and craft.
Key Responsibilities
- Website design will be a core part of the role, alongside campaign materials, social content, presentations, print collateral and wider creative outputs.
- You’ll also collaborate on brand identities, helping bring them to life across digital and physical touchpoints.
- With a solid grasp of UX/UI design principles and strong experience working in Figma, you’ll collaborate with designers, developers, strategists and marketeers to support the creative direction, design concepts and delivery of digital experiences for clients across a range of sectors.
- You’ll be confident taking website design projects from concept through to annotated, production-ready Figma files, handing off to developers with precision.
- Away from digital design, you’ll also bring strong print experience, both from a creative and technical standpoint. This includes artworking and production across print and digital channels, supporting the reworking of existing campaign materials as they are scaled, as well as designing new campaign materials from scratch.
- You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and wider team to provide design support for a broad range of clients. You’ll help turn strategy, insight and creative direction into clear, distinctive visual systems, developing and executing visual concepts for campaigns, brand projects, websites and social content, from initial ideas through to final output.
- You’ll also be a confident communicator, able to articulate your own ideas and the ideas of others clearly, both internally with the team and externally with clients. You’ll bring new ideas to the organisation, challenge existing approaches where needed, and contribute to the success of a wide range of creative projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
