Senior Developer x4 - Contract - Inside IR35 - 6 Months

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support an efficient IT Development function by delivering customer-focused second-line solutions that meet business and user needs while following established processes and contributing to departmental goals.
  • Contribute to team performance by meeting objectives, KPIs, and managing personal workload effectively.
  • Provide second-line support, guidance, and solutions for IT software issues, including recommending system improvements and handling change requests.
  • Design, develop, and document software solutions in line with best practices, while ensuring data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and, where appropriate, lead solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support team capability by mentoring colleagues, driving continuous improvement, and managing escalations for critical system issues.
