Outsource UK is looking to recruit a Senior Development Engineer to join an innovative R&D team developing next-generation semiconductor systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead exciting projects, solve complex engineering challenges and contribute to more sustainable manufacturing technologies.

The Role

You'll lead the design, development, testing, and validation of advanced engineering systems, combining hands-on laboratory work with modelling and simulation.

What You'll Need

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Applied Physics
  • 5+ years' experience in systems design and development
  • Hardware prototyping, testing, and validation experience
  • Strong modelling, instrumentation, and measurement skills
  • Experience producing P&IDs and PFDs
  • A creative approach to problem-solving with excellent communication skills
