Senior Development Manager (Commercial Real Estate), London

About the Role
London based investor are expanding their team with the hire of additional Senior Development Managers. The role will focus on working within the commercial sector, predominately involved in the office space.
Responsibilities
The remit will be that of taking a leading role on the delivery of projects from the early stages through to completion.
- Working within an organised established high performing team you will be tasked with tracking progress & performance along with keeping track on any risks that may arise.
- As a Senior Development Manager you will have experience and understanding of matters relating to Health & Safety and current regulatory laws.
- You will actively attend site visits to monitor progress and offer insight into appraisals and other matters which would be required by the wider team.

Requirements
We are keen to speak with construction professionals with a solid track record in the industry which may have come from working with an investor or developer and have experience of working within the office sector.
- The client would expect applicants to have current knowledge of various forms of contracts and have strong senior level negotiation skills.
- Applicants will traditionally hold a relevant educational background and hold membership to the RICS.
