Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineering leader with a hands-on engineering background. The candidate will be able to articulate the business benefits that Observability and SRE provide to our clients and take on the responsibility of handling client engagements from both technical and business perspectives.
About You (Ideally)
- Digital Transformation: Experience contributing to and driving successful digital transformation programs, working across diverse organizational structures and challenges.
- Global Collaboration: Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams distributed across multiple geographies, ensuring seamless communication and delivery.
- Continuous Learner: Eager to learn and innovate, bringing a client-focused, “can-do” attitude and the ability to think outside the box.
- Client-Centric Multi-tasker: Comfortable working with multiple clients simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
- Platform Mindset: Capable of articulating, designing, and implementing self-service internal developer platforms, focusing on usability, scalability, and maintainability.
About the Role
- You will be hands-on in projects to provide technical guidance and validation to the team.
- You will be responsible for stakeholder management, building client relationships, and identifying new opportunities.
- Part of your responsibilities will be to support and engage in presales activities, including understanding requirements from customers, building out proposals and SOWs.
- Provide recommendations and thought into existing business processes to ensure optimum efficiency.

About You (Ideally)
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of DevOps practices such as CI, CD, Infra as Code, Cloud, Monitoring.
- A passion for open-source programming or commercial tooling.
- Experience being part of implementing end-to-end delivery lifecycles.
- Hungry to learn, out-of-the-box thinkers.
- A client-focused 'can-do' attitude.
- High attention to detail.
- Continuously challenging the status quo.
- Feeling comfortable working with new clients.
Technical Insight
- Experience working with DevOps and SRE tooling.
- Continuous integration – Jenkins, TeamCity, TFS, Travis CI etc.
- Continuous Deployment/Delivery.
- Containers – Docker, Kubernetes.
- Configuration Management – Ansible, Chef, Puppet etc.
- Cloud - AWS.
- Infrastructure as Code – CloudFormation etc.
- Monitoring – LGTM stack, Prometheus, Splunk etc.
- Strong expertise in Python development with knowledge of Boto3.
