About the Role

We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing technology team delivering innovative software solutions to complex business challenges.

This is an opportunity to play a critical role in the development, automation and operation of modern cloud-native platforms, working alongside exceptional software engineers to build scalable, secure and highly resilient technology solutions.

You'll help drive DevOps best practices across the software delivery lifecycle, enabling development teams to deliver high-quality software quickly, securely and reliably.

Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineer, you will:

  • Design, build and maintain cloud infrastructure and deployment platforms.
  • Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines to support software delivery at scale.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
  • Support engineering teams in adopting DevOps, automation and platform engineering best practices.
  • Improve platform reliability, performance, security and scalability.
  • Implement monitoring, observability and alerting solutions.
  • Contribute to cloud architecture and infrastructure design decisions.
  • Support the delivery of secure, resilient and highly available systems.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across engineering teams.

Requirements

You will have strong experience designing, building and supporting cloud-based infrastructure within modern software engineering environments.

We are interested in engineers with hands-on expertise across cloud platforms, infrastructure automation and deployment tooling, alongside a passion for improving software delivery through automation and engineering excellence.

You should have experience with:

  • Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep or CloudFormation
  • CI/CD tooling and automation pipelines
  • Containerisation technologies such as Docker
  • Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • Monitoring, logging and observability platforms
  • Scripting and automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell or similar
  • Linux-based environments and systems administration
  • Security, reliability and operational best practices

You will also have a strong understanding of modern software delivery practices and experience working closely with development teams within Agile environments.
