As a Senior DevOps Engineer
- You'll design and build scalable, secure Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, creating reusable OpenTofu / Terraform modules
- Automate environment provisioning and drive best practices across development and production environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams, helping improve platform reliability, performance, and developer productivity
- Solve complex infrastructure challenges through automation and modern DevOps practices
This role is ideal for a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer who enjoys staying close to the technology, investigating performance and operational issues, and influencing the future direction of the platform. If you're passionate about cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, and building robust, scalable systems using the latest Azure technologies, you'll find plenty of opportunity to make a lasting impact while continuing to develop your technical expertise.

Location / WFH
- Flexible work from home hybrid model
- Join colleagues in the Reigate office twice a week for team meet-ups and stakeholder meetings with the other three days work from home (please note you must be within a one hour commute of Reigate).
About you
- Experience in a similar DevOps Engineer role within an Azure environment with a strong knowledge of AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
- Good understanding of IaC principles and tools such as OpenTofu, Terraform, and Pulumi
- Experience of building and improving CI/CD pipelines for product teams
- Experience with cloud observability (logging, tracing, metrics, monitoring, and alerting)
- Experience with Containerisation - Azure Container Apps preferred
- Strong scripting skills with PowerShell and/or C# .Net coding
- Enjoy collaboratively problem solving to provide simple solutions to complex problems
- Comfortable in a senior role providing some mentoring
