Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer
Location: UK Remote - Fully Home Based if desired Salary: ÂŁ70,000 - ÂŁ80,000 + Bonus + Extensive Benefits
We’re hiring a Senior Engineer to join a growing engineering practice delivering large-scale cloud, automation and AI-enabled solutions for enterprise customers.
This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can genuinely own delivery end-to-end — from infrastructure and deployment strategy through to operational excellence in production environments.
You’ll be the kind of person who:
- Commands a room and builds confidence with both customers and engineering teams
- Drives excellence and raises standards across delivery
- Brings people on the journey rather than working in silos
- Thrives in fast-moving, customer-facing environments

The role suits someone with a strong Software Engineering background who has specialised into DevOps / Platform Engineering over time.
Key experience:
- Deep Terraform and Infrastructure as Code expertise
- Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline engineering
- Cloud-native delivery and automation-first mindset
- Experience taking software through release and production operations
- Containerisation and modern platform tooling
- Strong troubleshooting and systems thinking
