Senior DevOps Solutions Engineer – London / Edinburgh

About the Role
As a Senior DevOps Solutions Engineer, you will:
- Collaborate with customers, engineering, product, and sales to design and implement high-impact, scalable Kosli solutions
- Partner in strategic technical discussions, solution architecture, implementation support, and long-term client management

Key Responsibilities
- Engage in pre-sales technical conversations with executives, engineers, and stakeholders
- Design, develop, and oversee Kosli deployments, ensuring alignment with control and compliance requirements
- Author end-user documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and video content to demonstrate Kosli's capabilities
- Provide product feedback to the engineering team, shaping Kosli’s roadmap via customer insights
- Help formulate training and onboarding programs for clients
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including blog posts, webinars, and live events
- Work with Sales and Field Services to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Ideal Candidate
You’ll thrive if you meet these criteria:
- Location: Based in London, Edinburgh, or within commutable distance
- Professional experience:
- DevOps & Platform Engineering (solid background)
- Architectural & design expertise
- Knowledge of:
- Programming/scripting languages (Python, Go, YAML, JSON)
- IaC frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
- CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Policy as Code (Open Policy Agent, Rego)
- Git & version control
- Preference for technical domains like financial services or regulations-compliant industries
- Familiarity with frameworks like:
- ISO 27001
- SOC 2, SOX, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, FFIEC, NYDFS, SEC
- Certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP, CISSP, CISM) – a plus
- Soft skills:
- Technical sales interests and go-to-market (GTM) strategy experience
- Expertise in translating technical concepts for both executives and engineers
- Behaviours:
