Senior DevOps Solutions Engineer – London / Edinburgh

Do you want to shape the future of software delivery in the financial services industry?

Kosli is looking for Senior DevOps Solutions Engineers to join our growing teams in London and Edinburgh. As part of a fast-paced startup, this role is about helping customers succeed by implementing innovative solutions to transform the way banks and financial institutions deliver software.

About Kosli

Kosli's mission is to change the way we deliver software in regulated industries.

  • The world is built on mission-critical software—it calculates our bank balances, powers critical infrastructure, diagnoses illnesses, and more.
  • With AI rapidly evolving software development, teams are shipping faster and under heightened scrutiny.
  • In regulated industries, governance struggles to keep pace.
  • Kosli automates software delivery governance, ensuring stricter controls while enabling faster shipping.

We are an ambitious, VC-backed team—funded by leaders like Heavybit (investors in Snyk, LaunchDarkly, CircleCI, Netlify, Tailscale) and Deutsche Bank.

About the Role

As a Senior DevOps Solutions Engineer, you will:

  • Collaborate with customers, engineering, product, and sales to design and implement high-impact, scalable Kosli solutions
  • Partner in strategic technical discussions, solution architecture, implementation support, and long-term client management

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
